Đulagina Cikma is a blind alley that was part of Gazi Husrev Bey mahala (neighborhood) during the 16th century.

In 1921 it was named after the nearby  Đulagina Street. Prior to that it was known as Hajji Bešir's Han Street, after the han (guest house) which was once located there.
