Ćurčiluk Mali (little) Street is located in the central part of Sarajevo's Čaršija and was laid out in the 16th century.
This street has been part of Sarajevo’s Čaršija since the 16th century and takes its name from the ćurčije (furriers) who had workshops and stores where they would produce and sell items made from fur. Along with another bazaar, which would later be called Ćurčiluk Veliki, it formed the longest market street in old Sarajevo. By the second half of the 18th century there were over 350 furriers working here.
